The Book "Wonder" is a very heart warming book that really makes you think about the saying "Never judge a book by it's cover". This book is about a ten year old boy named August or Auggie Pullman that grew up being home schooled but when fifth grade came it was all different. He started attending a public school where he doesn't know who is his friend and who is not. Oh yeah I forgot to say, he was born with many deformities and even though he has gone through countless surgeries to his face it is still not normal but he continues to power through. This story really brings out the importance of true friendship and standing up for others.
One thing that I absolutely adored about this novel was the fact that the author put so many up's and downs throughout the story always making my feel like I need to know what is going to happen next.
Sadly one thing that I would change if I were the author is the fact that throughout the story it cycles through many different side characters even though it is supposed to be one characters perspective.
