Stargirl

I read the book Stargirl this an interesting book,So basically Stargirl is about a girl named Stargirl and she is starting in a new school because she has been homeschool for all of her life. For the first week she was there she didn't really fit in. The reason she didn't fit in was every time it was someones birthday she would sing happy birthday to then with a ukulele. She was a cheerleader so would be very outgoing and she would cheer everyone  even the other team. But one day someone on the other team fell and broke his ankle and stargirl went to help him. Now everyone hates her then she started to date Leo and now everyone hates her and Leo. One day Leo freaked out and Stargirl and told her to just be normal then no one saw her for a day. When she finally came back she was a different girl, she dressed more like a normal teenager and chewed gum like normal kid would. Stargirl went for a reading competition and she won! But her popularity stayed the same. Until they had the school dance when they did she became popular. Stargirl moved away and that was the end of that.

My favorite part in the book was when stargirl changed into a normal teenager and i also like the part when Stargirl and Leo kissed and started to date even tho people disliked them.

If i could change any part in the story i would of changed the part were Stargirl moved away i would make her stay and then Leo and her grow old together and have lots of adventures.
