what this book is about?
This book is about a girl that does not care about what the other people think about her. There is also a boy named Leo,he like star girl but he still wants her to change. But as soon as they get together everyone starts giving them the silent treatment. So Stargirl tries to change for Leo and for people to start talking to them again but nothing changes.So she just changes back to herself and still doesn't care about what the other people think. There can a dance and she went alone but then she started to become popular again and she also started a train. By the end of the dance he had left for ever and Leo was so sad. About fifteen years later he received a porcupine necktie by her again.



what i would change?
I would make the book a little bit longer and make it so Leo and Stargirl would meet up at like the mall or something.
