And Then There Were None
The second book I had the pleasure of reading was the dream haunting mystery And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. In this mysterious tale we travel to Soldier Island in the early 1900's a creepy, intriguing house party destination. In this timeless classic we learn that 10 very different but similar people are invited to a house party by a character with the name of U.N Owen. When the different persons meet they soon realize they were not chosen by chance. And one by one death occurs to them, while it follows a creepy poem. When they realize the U.N Owen figure is merely cover-up name used to throw them off, they begin to betray each other. But in the end the killer is @$%*!@#$?!. That's right it is @$%*!@#$?!. All joking aside this is a book for anyone looking for a good mystery. Or maybe not looking for one.
One thing I like in Agatha Christie's quite original piece of literature is the ever growing feeling of suspense and thrill, leaving you not want to put the book down until you've finished it and not being able to sleep after you have. One thing I might change in this story is that I would like to know a little bit more about each character. But then again it does add an extra sense of mystery.
