The Hobbit begins in Mr. Bagins comfy little hobbit hole. Bilbo Baggins, the main character, does not get out on adventures too often, until one exciting morning. As the adventure begins Bilbo takes off with twelve dwarves and a powerful wizard, trying to reclaim their gold from the great and powerful Smaug. With a new opstacle at every turn Bilbo will face new challenges, earning respect from the dwarves. With chubby goblins, tall trolls and swift elves it will be a tough journey. Something I liked about the book was that I could never fall asleep while reading the book. I would always say to myself '' okay after this chapter I'll go to bed''. That wasn't the case... After each chapter a new problem would pop up and I'd have to read on.
Something I didn't like about the book was the slow start. It wasn't as bad as i thought but there wasn't too many things i disliked in the book.
