"May the hair on your toes never fall out" the hobbit~ Kennedy

This is the story of how a Baggins had an adventure, and found himself saying and doing things altogether unexpected...

Bilbo Baggins is a hobbit who never really found himself out of his cozy hobbit hole. He enjoyed living an unadventurous life. Bilbo was taken by surprise when he found himself embarking on a treacherous adventure through the lands of Middle-earth towards the bloodcurdling Lonely Mountain, with the quick-witted wizard, Gandalf, and thirteen other dwarves with unnecessarily confusing names. The dwarves, Gandalf and Bilbo of course, plan to raid the luxuriant treasure hoard of Smaug the Magnificent, a large and very dangerous dragon. The group must find their wits and overcome massive struggles along their journey.

I recommend this book to people who enjoy adventurous fantasies. This book is filled to the brim with excitement!

My favorite thing about this book is the character development. Bilbo starts out as a shy, routine hobbit with no means of adventure. Throughout the book he finds his courage and becomes more dauntless.

Although this book was very exciting there was one thing in particular that could use a fix. The beginning of the book is very slow, but it evens out at the end. Other than that I saw nothing less than perfection.
